Well, now that the motor runs and everything looks good it was time to move on the the brakes. With help of Brochacho Paul, we bled the brakes and pumped them till we were blue in the face. Eventually they took hold and started to work. So we are fully up and running. The electrical all works except the horn. Just need to get it licensesd.
